Terms of Service
Business-use terms for IntegratedTender. Updated 30 October 2026.
IntegratedTender is a proprietary product of Haggis Technologies Limited, registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of IntegratedTender for business tendering. You must be authorised to act for your business, keep your account secure, and use the platform lawfully. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing.
2. What we provide
We help UK small businesses across sectors draft tender answers from their tender questions, scoring criteria and business evidence. Supporting contract review helps identify obligations and risks. The platform assists your work; it does not guarantee a score, contract award, complete detection of risks, or acceptance by a buyer.
3. Pay-per-bid pricing
1 bid costs £50. A bundle of 3 bids costs £120 (£40 per bid). There is no monthly subscription and no lock-in. Unused bid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. A credit is assigned when you first process or generate AI content for a tender. Once assigned, further AI drafting, edits and contract review for that tender do not use another credit.
4. One bid
One bid means one tender opportunity, with unlimited AI answer drafting, edits and contract review for that tender. Use the same workspace for revisions to that opportunity. A separate tender requires a separate credit. Larger bundles are available on request.
5. Payment and accounts
Payment is collected in secure hosted checkout through Base44 Payments. Credits become available only after payment verification. If you purchase without signing in, keep the confirmation link and sign in using the same email used at checkout to claim the purchase. There is no automatic renewal or 14-day subscription trial. If a purchase is incorrect or a service fails, contact us so we can investigate; these terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Expert help and managed bids
Consultant reviews and done-for-you services are priced on request. Scope, deadlines, authorisation for submission and any fees must be separately agreed before work begins. Consultant applications do not create an employment relationship or guarantee work.
7. Your responsibilities and content
You retain rights in your content and authorise us and our service providers to process it to deliver requested services. Upload only content you may lawfully use. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information. You are responsible for checking all AI answers, evidence, factual claims, prices, declarations, deadlines and contract obligations before submission, including replacing any placeholders. Contract analysis is not legal advice; seek a qualified adviser for legal decisions.
8. Submission and availability
Unless a separately agreed managed service says otherwise, you approve and submit the bid using the buyer's required portal. Save your own copies and allow time for review and technical delays. We may suspend misuse and perform maintenance, but a pause in purchasing does not itself delete your existing account or bids.
9. Liability and questions
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Business losses and liability are subject to applicable law and any separately agreed service terms. For billing concerns, data requests or questions about these terms, use our Contact page.
