Data Processing Agreement
Our standard Data Processing Agreement, available to all customers as part of the service terms. Last updated: January 2026.
1. Roles
Customer is the Controller of personal data uploaded to the platform. IntegratedTender Ltd acts as Processor.
2. Subject matter and duration
Processing for the duration of the customer's use of the service, for the purpose of providing the IntegratedTender service.
3. Categories of data subjects
Customer staff, third-party referenced individuals in uploaded tender documents (e.g. CV / project profiles).
4. Sub-processors
A current list of approved sub-processors is maintained at integratedtender.com/subprocessors and updated with 30 days' notice.
5. Security measures
ISO 27001-aligned controls, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access, audit logging.
