The vault is the brain of your IntegratedTender workspace. Better vault = better matching, drafting, and bid/no-bid decisions. Here's how to set it up properly the first time.
Accepted file types
- PDF, past bids, case studies, certificates, policies
- Word (.docx), method statements, CVs, response templates
- Excel (.xlsx), pricing schedules, social value commitment templates
- PowerPoint (.pptx), bid presentations, capability decks
Categories to assign on upload
- Past Bid, winning or losing, both useful
- Debrief, buyer feedback after award
- Case Study, delivered project narrative
- CV, senior staff
- Certification, accreditation certificates
- Policy, H&S, quality, environmental, equality
- Pricing, historical pricing schedules
- Template, reusable response sections
What the AI extracts
From a past bid the system extracts: question-answer pairs (clustered by type), case studies referenced, named staff and their roles, scores received per section (if a debrief is attached), and pricing summaries. Processing typically takes 60–120 seconds per document.
