Welcome. The first ten minutes inside IntegratedTender set you up for everything that follows. This guide walks you through the four things to do on day one, in order, with no detours.
- 1Build your business profileOpen the conversational onboarding flow when you first sign in. Answer the questions on sector, project value range, geographic reach, and team. The system maps your answers to CPV codes automatically, you do not need to know them.
- 2Upload three documents to your vaultStart with one past bid (winning preferred), one CV for a senior delivery lead, and one case study. The AI extracts answers, scores, and named experience within about 90 seconds per document.
- 3Run your first tender searchVisit Find Tenders. Your profile pre-filters the feed. Open the top 3 matches and check the fit score breakdown, this tells you how to improve your profile.
- 4Start a bid workspaceOpen one of the matched tenders and click Start bid. Upload the ITT document. The workspace processes it, extracts the questions, and pre-populates draft answers from your vault.

If you only have time for one thing today, do the vault upload. Everything else, matching quality, draft quality, bid/no-bid accuracy, gets better the more your vault knows about your business.
